WELCOME
to the site devoted to the activities of the linkage
between the School
of Business at Southern
Connecticut State University (SCSU) and the
School of Economics and Management (SEM) at Khazar
University, Azerbaijan under a Bureau of Education
and Cultural Affairs NISCUPP grant. Under the
terms of the grant, for the next three years (2002
to 2004), SCSU will work with SEM to establish
a comprehensive undergraduate business school
to facilitate the training of managers for the
new economy of Azerbaijan.
The
project directors for the program are Samuel
K. Andoh and Ellen
Frank both from SCSU and Muhammed Nuriyev,
the Deputy Chancellor of Khazar University and
Dean of SEM.
