The faculty and staff of the School of Business at Southern Connecticut State University are dedicated to building upon the strengths of a solid liberal arts foundation in serving the lifelong collegiate (bachelors and masters level) professional educational and developmental needs of our constituencies: students, alumni, professional colleagues, the University, and the business and local communities of Southern Connecticut.

Vision
We are committed to extending, sharing and practicing leading business, business education, management and organizational theories and practices, and to developing programs recognized by the State, the Nation and the World as stellar.

We expect to provide opportunities for academic, professional, and personal development for our constituencies, enabling each to become ethically more sensitive, culturally more tolerant, intellectually more literate and astute, and to participate in society as competent professionals and knowledgeable citizens.
