 Welcome
to the School of Business at Southern Connecticut State
University.
The
faculty and staff of the School of Business are dedicated
to building upon the strengths of a solid liberal arts
foundation in serving the lifelong collegiate (bachelors
and masters level) professional educational and developmental
needs of our constituencies: students, alumni, professional
colleagues, the University, and the business and local
communities of Southern Connecticut. In order to achieve
this mission, the School of Business is organized into
five academic departments: Accounting; Economics & Finance;
Management & Management Information Systems; Marketing;
and the Master of Business Administration Program.
Construction is underway on campus, new faculty members
are being hired, new programs are being developed --
all to better serve you. In these very exciting times
for global business, the School of Business is growing
and changing to lead the way into this first decade
of the third millenium.
